The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed- Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Alpha Data Inc, (CAGE code: 45TD0) of Littleton, CO. This purpose of this procurement is to purchase 20 field-programmable gate array (FPGA) boards. These boards will support the generation of Global Positioning System (GPS) signals in the Advanced Global Navigation Simulators (AGNS) System and the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Analysis and Testing Receiver (GATR). These boards generate the digital baseband frequency representations of the L1, L2, and L5 radio navigation satellite signals. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM: 0001 MANUFACTURER: Alpha Data DESCRIPTION: FPGA XMC MODULE P/N ADM-XRC-KU1/KU115-2/PN4 QTY: 20 ITEM: 0002 MANUFACTURER: Alpha Data DESCRIPTION: POWER SUPPLY-DAC I/O MODULES P/N XRM2-DAC-D4/1G QTY: 2 Based on the approved Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement (JNCP), the agency has identified only one responsible source and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising quality, accuracy and reliability.
