The requirement is for MSS ROV Maintenance Programs. Item 0001: Mfg: VideoRay P/N: CSMP Description: 1-Year CSMP for Defender ROV (DEF2018001) Term Coverage: 28 August 2024 – 27 August 2025 (plus three 1-year options) QTY: 1 Item 0002: Mfg: VideoRay P/N: CSMP Description: 1-Year CSMP for Defender ROV (DEF20190137) Term Coverage: 28 August 2024 – 27 August 2025 (plus three 1-year options) QTY: 1 The Government intends to negotiate solely with VideoRay, LLC. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is NAICS Code is 334511: Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing, and the business size standard is 1,350 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
