The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Star Cases LLC dba Zero Manufacturing (CAGE: 98376) of 500 W 200 N, North Salt Lake, Utah 84054-2734, United States This requirement is for the following assets meeting the noted specification & capability requirements: CLINMFRP/NDescriptionQTY 1-7Star Cases LLC6099084Gasket Rim28 8-14Star Cases LLC6296550-1Case Assembly28 The Government intends to negotiate solely with Star Cases LLC dba Zero Manufacturing under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 332999, All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing, and the business size standard is 750 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency.
