Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific is seeking to award a firm fixed price contract that will support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in a pilot project that replaces its end- of-life, end-of-service, Omnicell supply cabinets with an automated supply chain management platform that is certified, approved, and immediately deployable on to the DHA Medical Community of Interest (MedCOI) and is fully integrated with Defense Medical Logistics Supply System (DMLSS), and Active Directory, as well as be able to be integrated with the Military Health System (MHS) GENESIS Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The scope of this procurement is to replace 500 end-of-life, end-of-service, Omnicell supply cabinets in approximately 35 medical wards throughout Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), Role 4 Military Treatment Facility (MTF) with an automated supply chain management platform that is certified, approved, and immediately deployable on to the DHA Medical Community of Interest (MedCOI). The platform must be fully integrated with DMLSS, and Active Directory, as well as be able to be integrated with MHS GENESIS. The contractor must be able to begin work within 30 days of award and complete procurement, deployment, integration, testing, and training. In addition the contractor must offer 4 option years consisting of Software Maintenance / Sustainment, and 24/7 Tier 1 support. NIWC Pacific will oversee every aspect of the pilot to include contractor oversite, project planning and execution, cost, schedule, and performance reporting, and compliance. The proposed platform must automate the supply chain information flow to include inventory management and messaging of the existing inventory levels in any area of the hospital without manual intervention, e.g. pushing buttons, barcode scanning, or manually inputting a quantity. The platform must be certified, approved, and immediately deployable on to the DHA MedCOI. The platform must be fully integrated with DMLSS, and Active Directory, as well as be able to be integrated with MHS GENESIS. The solution hardware must include both open shelving as well as fully enclosed locking cabinets. And the locking mechanism must be electromagnetic and integrated with Active Directory and / or building management systems. **REVIEW ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ATTACHMENTS FOR RFQ REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS**
