The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to MISSION FIRST SOLUTIONS LLC. The proposed action is to award a firm fixed price contract for a list of IT and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Equipment and integration of hardware and software items that are necessary to allow current medical cabinets to be refitted ensuring the uninterrupted delivery of medical supplies and support the warfighter and their families at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC) located on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Tacoma, Washington. This modernization will reduce time for personnel to conduct inventory management including the reordering and logistics process vital for healthcare Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) avoiding potential short fall due to recent events such as the global pandemic. The modernization of the hospital's supply container hardware and software will be a multiphase approach that covers 4 Phases from initial modernization to Expeditionary Roll On / Roll Off capability to Virtual Medical Operation Center integration within specified hospitals for medical battle space awareness. The MAMC modernization will automate electronic tracking of medical supply containers that will allow medical personnel to utilize Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology as consumable medical (non-drug related) supplies are used. It will allow current medical cabinets to be refitted ensuring the uninterrupted delivery of medical supplies and support to the warfighter and their families. This modernization will reduce time for personnel to conduct inventory management allowing for increased patient care The proposed solution is comprised of; Syft Software, Plexus hardware, and Mission First's implementation service, to include software and hardware support as option periods. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334290 and the business size standard is 800 (Employees). Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions under FAR Part 13 apply.
