The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Fiddler Labs, Inc. CAGE: 8UWZ7, of 1479 Folsom St, San Francisco, California, 94103- 5154, United States. This requirement is for the following: CLIN: 0001 Description: The Weights and Biases system provides a centralized system of record for enterprise machine learning teams to collaborate and reproduce work securely within your organization's network. This package includes a single W&B deployment meaning only 1 installation of W&B total. For additional clarification, this does not include test, dev, or any other type of additional environment. P/N: W&B Lite – Unlimited Site License MFR: Weights and Biases, Inc. Qty: 1 CLIN: 0002 Description: Ongoing support for the W&B deployment in secure government environments such as IL2, IL4, IL5 and/or IL6 P/N: W&B Lite – Unlimited Site License MFR: Weights and Biases, Inc. Qty: 1 The Government intends to negotiate solely with Weights and Biases, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.501(a), due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs.
