The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Fiddler Labs, Inc. (CAGE: 8H2E0) of 291 Lambert Ave, Palo Alto, California 94306-2217 United States. This requirement is for the following: CLIN: 0001 Description: The Fiddler unified environment provides a common language, centralized controls, and actionable insights to operationalize ML, LLM and AI with trust. Monitoring, explainable AI, analytics, and fairness capabilities address the unique challenges of building in-house stable and secure LLM and MLOps at scale. Qty: 1 The Government intends to negotiate solely with Fiddler Labs Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.501(a), due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs.
