Description: LEIP SDK Essential Bundle; Includes 5 LEIP SDK User Licenses Part Number: LAI-LEIP-ESS Quantity: 1 Period of Performance: 8 months Manufacturer: LatentAI, Inc. Description: Latent AI Premium Support Package Part Number: LAI-SUP-MC Quantity: 1 Period of Performance: 8 months The Government intends to negotiate solely with LatentAI, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request.
