The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to F&K Delvotec CAGE 3TTK0 of 27182 Burbank, Foothill Ranch, CA 92610, USA, under the authority of FAR 13.501. This requirement is for the following: Item 0001 P/N: 4030-8790 Description: M17S Automatic Wire Bonder Mfr: F&K Delvotek QTY: 1 Item 0002 P/N: 4040-7121 Description: Nefo Heat Controller Mfr: F&K Delvotek QTY: 1 Item 0003 P/N: 4040-6351 Description: Heated Work Stage and Vacuum Mfr: F&K Delvotek QTY: 1 Item 0004 P/N: 4040-6689 Description: Visual Tool Inspection Kit Mfr: F&K Delvotek QTY: 1 Item 0005 P/N: 4040-5902 Description: Deep Access 90-Degree Wedge Bond Head Mfr: F&K Delvotek QTY: 1 The Government intends to negotiate solely with F&K Delvotek under the authority of FAR 13.501, due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334242 Semiconductor Machinery Manufacturing. The size standard is 1500 employees. The applicable FSC is 3670 Specialized Semiconductor, Microcircuit, and Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing Machinery. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
