The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed- Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with BlueFors Oy under FAR 13.106-1(b). This is a purchase request to procure installation sets that will be used to install RF and coaxial cables for the BlueFors dilution refrigerator. These superconducting coaxial cables are required to bus signals to the bottom of the dilution refrigerator. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: Item 0001: RF Installation Set (20x SMA RT-4K) Manufacturer: BlueFors Oy QTY: 1 Item 0002: RF Installation Set (20x SMA 4K-MXC) Manufacturer: BlueFors Oy QTY: 1 Item 0003: Semi-Rigid Coax Line .86MM Manufacturer: BlueFors Oy QTY: 17 A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The applicable NAICS Code is 335931 and the business size standard is 600 (in employees). Interested offerors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/.
