Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order to Trellisware Inc. Trellisware will perform experimentation on and integration of the Low Power Troposcatter Radio. Please see attached Statement of Work for further details. The order will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 13. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Authority for other than full and open competition is in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2394(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services with satisfy agency requirements.
