The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed- Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Nathan Kunes Inc. (NKI). The requirement is for the purchase of a proprietary built-to-order of government-owned information technology (IT) device called the Zeroization External Trigger (ZET) module version 2.0. It will be used to support C4I systems on Unmanned Surface Vessels. This one-of-a-kind device is an upgrade v2.0 model. The original models v1.0 and v1.5 were all architecturally designed, built and programmed by NKI. The following items will be purchased: Item 0001: ZET Module with Daughter Card Upgrade Manufacturer: NKI Item 0002: ZET Power Supply Manufacturer: NKI Item 0003: ZET USB Cable Manufacturer: NKI A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
