The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Milliwave Silicon Solutions Inc., Unique Entity ID JCR3KHJN1TC4, CAGE Code 8D7H3, of 4133 De Mille Dr. San Jose, CA 95117. The requirement is for the procurement of the following: Item 0001 Description: Double MBX33 w/ 6 Doors MFG: Milliwave Silicon Solutions P/N: MBX332 QTY: 1 Item 0002 Description: GIM04 Base w/ Software Controller in Python MFG: Milliwave Silicon Solutions P/N: GIM04B QTY: 1 Item 0003 Description: Horn Post Assembly w/ WR28 Clamps MFG: Milliwave Silicon Solutions P/N: HOR01 QTY: 3 Item 0004 Description: WR28 Standard 20dBi Horn w/ 2.4mm F MFG: Milliwave Silicon Solutions P/N: HWR28 QTY: 2 Item 0005 Description: 1 Year Software Integration Support MFG: Milliwave Silicon Solutions P/N: SUP01 QTY: 1 Required Specifications •Large frequency range of 18Ghz to 95Ghz. •Below the size requirement of 8ftx5.5ftx3.8ft to fit within laboratory environment. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Milliwave Silicon Solutions Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request. The applicable NAICS Code is 334515 and the size standard is 750 employees. Please be advised the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Interest parties must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
