The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Maccor Inc., Unique Entity ID LJ79RXRGJGU3, CAGE CODE 0R0D5, of 4322 South 49th West Avenue Tulsa, Oklahoma 74107. The requirement is for the procurement of the following: Item 0001 Description: Model 4300 Automated Test System MFG: Maccor Inc. P/N: Model 4300 QTY: 1 Required Specifications •Support current & voltage control ranges from 75 uA to 15 Amps (A) & 0 to 5 Volts •Multiple power modules that support at least 4 current ranges each •More than 6 measurement channels The Government intends to negotiate solely with Maccor Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request. The applicable NAICS Code is 334515 and the size standard is 750 employees. Please be advised the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
