The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with ACT Government Services. ACT Government Services will provide a Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification Program in support of developing professional executive/leadership coaches who will conduct team and group coaching. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, and the business size standard is $15.0 million.
