Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13.5 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334511 - Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing, and the business size standard is 1,350 employees.
