BARD Air-conditioning units (quantity four) AC inspect, troubleshoot, re-charge – and prepare inspection reports -- San Clemente Island -------------------- Sign and return Attachment 3 FAR & DFARS Representations with quote -------------------- 3.0Technical Requirements: Bidder shall have the appropriate licenses, certifications and equipment to inspect, troubleshoot, repair and re-charge (4) BARD HVAC units. Project will consist of the following in addition to other project requirements to accomplish the work: •Inspect and troubleshoot (4) BARD HVAC wall-mounted units •Leak inspection & leak repair •Fluid replacement if needed in accordance with regulations •Provide written inspection reports for each AC unit describing physical condition of each unit, repairs and parts required 4.0Deliverables: •Provide written inspection reports for each AC unit describing physical condition of each unit, repairs and parts required, if needed •Completion of work by 31 August 2023 5.0Safety: Bidder shall provide its own safety equipment, industry-standard equipment and ensure personnel have appropriate personal protective equipment. The Government will not guarantee safety of contractor due to the remoteness and limited US Govt. personnel on San Clemente Island. Some cellular providers' standard coverage does not extend to San Clemente Island. 6.0Travel: Bidder shall coordinate flight arrangements to and from San Clemente Island, CA and travel to and from Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) flight terminal. 7.0Lodging: Bidder shall coordinate lodging on San Clemente Island through Navy Gateway Inn and Suites (NGIS). 8.0Transportation: No transportation to or on San Clemente Island will be provided. Bidder shall provide own vehicles during performance of the work. Coordination required to transport vehicles and equipment to and from San Clemente Island via ocean barge located at Naval Base San Diego, CA. 9.0Base Access: Access to Navy Region Southwest Region bases required to include Naval Base San Diego and Naval Base Coronado.
