This requirement is for an Expeditionary Medical Unit (EMU) C4/IT Block. Requires Network and Systems Engineer Subject Matter Expertise (SME) familiar with an afloat and ashore medical Role 2E hospital network to assist in the design of the EMU C4/IT Block roll on / roll off capability network. Note: This serves as a notice to industry that we are considering a sole source award to Mission First Solutions, but are interested in any other vendor who believes they have the ability to perform.
