This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to L3 Harris CAGE: 06401 of 640 N 2200 W Salt Lake City, Utah 84116-2925, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs. This requirement is for the following: CLIN: 0001 Description: VideoScout-GO with AES encryption P/N: 700-7700-00 MFR: L3Harris Qty: 4 All responsible sources may submit a quotation to be considered via e-mail ONLY to Contracts Specialist Donica Ryder at Donica.l.ryder.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 1600 PST, Friday, June 16, 2023.
