Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) has a requirement to refurbish various restrooms. The scope of the requirement requires the contractor to provide all the labor, tools, materials, and transportation to dispose of existing restroom component material, fabricate, deliver, and install new restroom components within 15 restrooms at NIWC Pacific at buildings 15, 640, A33, 87, 48 and A29 (See Attached SOW for details). To be considered acceptable and eligible for award, quotes must provide all of the items and quantities listed below and meet the Government's Statement of Work (SOW), which is provided as a separate attachment. The Government will not consider quotes or offers for partial items or quantities. Statement of Work and RFQ updated based on questions received. Questions and answers also included. The contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all equipment and materials necessary to restore code compliant restrooms. The required contract completion date is 30 September 2023. Site visit: In accordance with FAR provisions 52.236-27: (a)The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. (b)Organized site visits have been scheduled for 17 May 2023 from 0900 to 1400, and 18 May 2023 from 0900 to 1400. These will be the only days available for site-visit – no exceptions.
