N6600123Q6128 Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to SAIC. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to SAIC, Inc. (DUNS MMLKPW9LX64, CAGE Code 6XWA8) . FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 332510 and the business size standard is 750(# of employees) employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the Government. All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
