Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Flow International Corporation, Cage 1DJA5, Unique Entity ID: YTFMUQEY8PL7 under the authority of FAR 13.106?1(b) due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs.
