The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific), San Diego, CA hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed- Price (FFP) purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Real-Time Innovations Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001 RTI Connext DDS Secure, Developer Subscription (25-99) MFG: RTI P/N: 899-20-85-00-03 QTY: 2 EA ITEM 0002 RTI Connext DDS Secure, Developer Subscription (25-99) MFG: RTI P/N: 899-20-85-00-03 QTY: 2 EA Real-Time Innovations Inc., will provide annual software subscription support for Tactical C2 Solutions that provides interface libraries for the Data Distribution Service (DDS) Interface at NIWC Pacific, San Diego CA. Based on the approved JNCP (Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement), which will be posted after award, there is only one responsible source and no other supplier will satisfy the agency requirement The point of contact for this announcement is Cynthia Horriat, cynthia.m.horriat.civ@us.navy.mil. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The notice is not a request for quotes; however, any firm believing that they can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency.
