RFQ Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to allow potential offerors, to include within their proposal, the mandatory requirement for "same business day support for installed equipment for the period beginning with government acceptance of the installation or upgrade for the duration of the MDI warranty" as stated in the attached SOW (See Encl. 2 - section 4.0). Please indicate whether the requirement for "same business day support" can be met. Please see updated due date and submission information on attached amendment. All other factors within this RFQ remain the same. Original RFQ Description: The Government is seeking to acquire commercial security system materials for a Monitor Dynamics Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and installation services.
