The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial Firm-Fixed- Price FAR 13.5 purchase order on a non-competitive basis with IOP Publishing LTD. This is a new procurement. The requirement is for the purchase of the following supply: IOP Publishing LTD will provide the subscriptions as a multi-year contract in support of NIWC Pacific. Below is the description of the requirement: Item 0001: IOP PUBLISHING CONTRACT FOR DATABASE SUBSCRIPTION- BASE YEAR QTY: 1 Item 0002: IOP PUBLISHING CONTRACT FOR DATABASE SUBSCRIPTION- OY 1 QTY: 1 Item 0003: IOP PUBLISHING CONTRACT FOR DATABASE SUBSCRIPTION- OY 2 QTY: 1 A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request. The applicable NAICS Code is 513120 and the business size standard is 1,000 employees.
