Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Hawkeye360, Inc. under the authority for other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1: Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Unique Entity ID: JLY9AVEBL6F8 CAGE: 7JD09 Address: 196 Van Buren ST STE 450 Herndon, Virginia 20170-5337 HawkEye 360 Inc. will be tasked with providing commercial radio frequency (RF) data and analytics subscriptions covering the South China Sea and Pacific Island territorial waters, a mobile training team of personnel to provide on-site hands-on training, Mission Space licenses for up to 150 end users, and analytical support to assist customers with interpreting and understanding data. This includes a one-year base term, and a one-year option term. This is not a request for quotes. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit a capability statement. Capability statements received will be evaluated to determine technical merit. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 3:30PM PDT on 24 June 2022. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
