This amendment also includes a revised RFP Attachment 2 - Personnel Qualifications V3. No extension to the due date and time is issued with this amendment. Proposals remain due on 10 January 2022 at 1500 Pacific. It is anticipated that the procurement will result in the award of a single-award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) pricing arrangement. The period of performance will include a three-year base ordering period and one (1) three-year option ordering period, followed by one (1) two- year option ordering period, for a total potential ordering period of eight (8) years. Orders will be placed pursuant to the ordering procedures of FAR 16.505(a) and the ordering procedures established upon award of the contract.
