The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed- Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to SBG Systems North America, Inc. Unique Entity ID PLCFC3YRKJG1, CAGE Code 6QNB0, of 2901 W Macarthur BLVD STE 202 Santa Ana, California 92704-6972, United States. The requirement is for the following products: CLIN: 0001 P/N: 100-2925 Quanta Micro QTY: 5 MFR: SBG Systems North America, Inc. CLIN: 0002 P/N: 100-2942 Quanta Micro Dev Kit QTY: 5 MFR: SBG Systems North America, Inc. The Government intends to negotiate solely with SBG Systems North America, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 335931– Current-Carrying Wiring Device Manufacturing and the size standard is 500 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency.
