Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source N66001-22-Q-6512 Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Computer Protection Technology. The requirement is for PS1503 Batteries and service support, Delivery time 16 weeks. The purchase of the following: Item 0001 P/N: CPT-12.5-180-30 Battery Packs (2 batteries each pack) for 1503 UPS Systems includes QTY: 60 new Enersys 12 HX80R-FR Batteries QTY: 30 EA Item 0002 P/N CPT-12.5-180-30 CPT Labor for Battery Pack Assembly -Perform fitness check on new BPs - reasonable date code/condition of charge (85% or better)/quality. Document findings - Arrange BP drop off dockside at NBSD on pallet as in previous grooms. - Supply personnel to check UPS units and perform check out. - Replace UPS units on ship as necessary, two types. - DRS 853 series UPS unit - PowerStar PS-1503 UPS unit -Removes BPs from dock within 2 days QTY: 1 EA Item 0003 P/N CPT-12.5-180-30 Engineering and Management -Testing, Documentation, Report Submission, and Validation QTY: 1 EA This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334515, INSTRUMENT MANUFACTURING FOR MEASURING AND TESTING ELECTRICITY AND ELECTRICAL SIGNALS, and the size standard is $750 (# of employees).
