The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is NAICS Code 511210 – Software Publishers, and the small business size standard is $41.5M. This is a 100% small business set aside. Only quotes submitted by Small Business Concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a non-Small Business Concern will not be considered for award. In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in www.SAM.gov, with completed representations and certifications. The Government is seeking to acquire WhatsUp Gold and TripWire software and service support– supply. Supplies are to be provided by an Authorized Service Partner for both WhatsUp Gold and Tripwire supplies. All support and knowledge base are through said certified support technicians, and all replacement parts are OEM support replacement parts of WhatsUp Gold (WUG) and/or TripWire brands. To be considered acceptable and eligible for award, quotes must provide all of the items and quantities listed below.
