Description: The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm- Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Innovative Drone Solutions, Pty Ltd. The requirement is modify an existing NIWC Pacific Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) for U.S. Navy compliance and recertification of flight operations. Any source, other than Innovative Drone Solutions, Pty Ltd, would be unable to modify the unit to OEM standards nor provide the exact hardware to provide for seamless integration onto the UAV. Equipment modification from an alternative source would forgo compatibility with the current ARMS Antenna Measurement Studio software – used to collect performance information in real-time. Such reconfiguration management would require re-training, disrupt the antenna testing parameters and measurement specifications across the SEMCIP/E3 project, and jeopardize any/all warranties on the unit.
