The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Karl Storz Veterinary Endoscopy-America, Inc. Unique Entity ID YF3JPZJUAJ14, CAGE Code 2N355, of 2151 Grand Ave. El Segundo, California 90245-5017. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing and the size standard is 1,000 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency.
