Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Stark Mfg. Co. Unique Entity ID K1Q5GPN6CZX8, CAGE Code 64873, of 76 Broadway, Chula Vista, California, 91910-1422 under the authority of FAR 13.106?1(b) due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs. The requirement is for the procurement of the following items: 10' Beaching Trays MFG: Stark Mfg. Co. P/N: 0122962 QTY: 5 9' Beaching Trays MFG: Stark Mfg. Co. P/N: 0103371 QTY: 5 Training Trays MFG: Stark Mfg. Co. P/N: N/A QTY: 5 This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 18 July 2022. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
