Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Order to Autonautix, LLC This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Autonautix, LLC. under the authority of FAR 13.106?1(b) due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs. Autonautix, LLC CAGE: 6CLF7 Address: 362 S Farmer Ave Tempe, Arizona 85281-2728 The requirement is for system engineering support services to design, install, test, and certify a multi- protocol label switching (MPLS) upgrade on the US Navy Broad Area Maritime Surveillance – Demonstration (BAMS-D) network. The Government requires prior DoD subject matter experience. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 4PM PST on 29 July 2022. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply.
