The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial Firm-Fixed- Price FAR 13 purchase order on a non-competitive basis with Ward/Davis Associates. This is a new procurement. The requirement is for the purchase of the following supply: Ward/Davis Associates will provide the testing kit in support of MIL-STD-461 Radiated Susceptibility (RS) 103 EMI testing at NIWC Pacific. Below is the description of the requirement: Item 0001: Amplifier Research, Laser-Powered Electric Field Probe Kit Part Number: FL8018/Kit QTY: 1 Item 0002: Shipping QTY: 1 A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request. The applicable NAICS Code is 334515 and the business size standard is 750 employees.
