Supplies are to be provided by a Emcore Authorized Dealers. To be considered acceptable and eligible for award, quotes must provide all of the items and quantities listed in the attached, and in the order as listed within the attached. The Government will not consider quotes or offers for partial items or quantities. Customer is developing an RF distribution system for the BrAAF project. RF Fiber Optic Links will be used to transport different channels of RF signals from the shipboard antennas to the inboard antenna using wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) design. The lasers and receivers are two of the parts for the RF over fiber link that would be used to convert encode an RF signal into an optical signal and convert the optical signal into electric signal. EMCORE is the only acceptable brand since these components are extremely specialized, and EMCORE meets the requirements of the lasers and receivers. SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR FULL DETAILS AND INSTRUCTIONS
