N66001-22-Q-6306 – Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Exxact Corporation (Exxact Corp.) This notice is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.101(a)(2). The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Exxact Corporation (Exxact Corp.) (CAGE 4GZF8) of 46221 Landing PKWY Fremont, California 94538-6407, United States. This requirement is for delivery of the following: TensorEX TS2-171138844 - 2x AMD 7502, 32GBx16, 1x 1.92TB NVMe SSD, 1x Single-Port CX-6 HDR NIC, 4x NVIDIA A100 80GB SXM4, CentOS 7 W/ LATEST EMLI CONTAINER STACK / HGX A100 Deep Learning NVIDIA GPU Server The Government intends to negotiate solely with Exxact Corporation under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 334111 and the business size standard is 1,250 employees. Please be advised the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, however, any responsible source may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement after consideration of all responses to this notice is solely within the Government's discretion.
