The Government is seeking to issue a purchase order for engineering services to conduct a Water Utility System Assessment (USA) on Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Kauai. The purpose of this effort is to assess the current state of the water utility, and create a model of the system in order to increase its resilience and redundancy, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (ATTACHMENT 1). Anticipated period of performance is date of award through 15 December 2022. Please see all eight (8) attachments for details pertaining to this requirement.
