N66001-22-Q-6247: Notice of Intent to Make a Sole Source Award to Wildlife Computers, Inc. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Wildlife Computers, Inc. (CAGE 3GYF0) of 8310 154th Ave NE Suite #150 Redmond, Washington 98052-6185. This requirement is for the following: ITEM 0001- SPLASH10-BF-385B, Backmount, Custom MFG: Wildlife Computers, Inc. QTY: 9 ITEM 0002- SPLASH10-BF-351B, Rectangle Backmount MFG: Wildlife Computers, Inc. QTY: 4 The Government intends to negotiate solely with Wildlife Computers, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334519, Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing and the business size standard is 500 employees. Please be advised the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Interested parties must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Capability statements, comments, questions, or concerns regarding this notice shall be submitted via e-mail ONLY to Jeremy Clay by 11:00 AM PT, Monday, 09 May 2022. All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM). Information can be found at https://www.sam.gov.
