The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Buffalo Computer Graphics. This is a purchase request for radar simulators (Part No. TRS-3D PCS-320) and on-site services provided by Buffalo Computer Graphics. Based on the approved Justification and Approval (J&A) (which will be posted after award), the agency has identified only one responsible source and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request. The applicable NAICS Code is 334511 and the business size standard is 1,250 employees.
