Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Order to Johns Hopkins University N66001-22-Q-6135 This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to John Hopkins University under the authority of FAR 13.106?1(b) due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs. John Hopkins University DUNS: 001910777 CAGE: 5L406 Address: 3400 N Charles ST Baltimore, Maryland 21211-2226 The requirement is for the procurement of support services to assist NIWC Pacific to plan, coordinate, and execute a wave tank experiment. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 4PM PST on 11 March 2022. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply.
