Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Signature Research, Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: Item 0001 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: (1)Design, implement, and verify TrueView software simulation modules in support of the PEOC4I/PMW120 NITES-Next program-of-record EOIR capability; (2)Provide software design support and software development, ensuring models meet technical requirements and integrate correctly into the TrueView software architecture and runtime environment; (3)Provide assurance of support for all software technical requirements, specifications, software design and development specification, and technical design reviews of the models and modules; and (4)Provide final code review upon code completion, in addition to verification testing, documentation, and reports. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services) and the size standard is $30M.
