This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed- Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Motorola Solutions, Inc. DUNS: 069373090, CAGE: 78205) of 809 Pinnacle Dr. Ste. G, Linthicum Heights, Maryland, 21090-2535. This is a commercial service procurement for cabling installation services in support of the Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) expansion in Guam. The period of performance will be six (6) months from date of award. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Motorola Solutions, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106- 1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 and the size standard is $41.5 million. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the Government. All responses received by this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
