N66001-22-Q-6030- Real-Time Innovations, Inc. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Real-Time Innovations, Inc. (RTI) (CAGE: 03FH8) of 232 E Java Drive Sunnyvale, CA 94089. This requirement is for the following: Item 0001: RTI Connext DDS Secure, Developer Subscription (25-99) P/N 899-20-85-00-03 MFG: RTI Qty: Four (4) each The Government intends to negotiate solely with RTI under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 511210, Software Publishers and the size standard is $41.5 Million. Please be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote to be considered by the agency. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail ONLY to Christine Beltramo at christine.beltramo1@navy.mil by 8:00 AM PST 10 November 2021. Responses received on or before this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
