The Government is seeking to acquire a Water Utility System Assessment on Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Kauai. The purpose of this effort is to assess the current state of the water utility, and create a model of the system in order to increase its resilience and redundancy, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (ATTCHMENT 01).
