The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Overwatch Systems LTD (CAGE: 4SVH9) of 5301 Southwest PKWY Austin, TX 78735. This requirement is for the following: ITEM 0005 Description: SeeGEO Pathfinder Base Instance for up to 5 Users Maintenance MFR: Overwatch Systems LTD P/N: SeeGEO-PF-Base5-MAIN QTY: 2 ITEM 1005 (Option 1) Description: SeeGEO Pathfinder Base Instance for up to 5 Users Maintenance MFR: Overwatch Systems LTD P/N: SeeGEO-PF-Base5-MAIN QTY: 2 ITEM 2005 (Option 2) Description: SeeGEO Pathfinder Base Instance for up to 5 Users Maintenance MFR: Overwatch Systems LTD P/N: SeeGEO-PF-Base5-MAIN QTY: 2 The Government intends to negotiate solely with Overwatch Systems LTD under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 511210: Software Publishers: and the business size standard is $41.5 (millions of dollars). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
