This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to NTS Technical Systems, DUNS 057138489, CAGE Code 06105, of 1536 E Valencia Dr., Fullerton, CA, 92831. ITEM AND / OR SERVICE DESCRIPTION The requirement is for NTS Technical Systems' to provide Environmental Qualification Testing (EQT) on a Government-owned GPNTS Rack. This testing includes Shock, Vibration, Magnetic, and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Testing. All testing shall be conducted in accordance to the referenced specification and the customer-specified testing requirements. The Government intends to negotiate solely with NTS Technical Systems under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 541380 and the size standard is $16,500,000.00. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote, may be considered by the Government. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail ONLY to javier.b.soria.civ@us.navy.mil by 17 September 2021, 03:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). All responses received by this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
