This procurement is a Brand Name Requirement for Cadence Virtuoso Software License and Maintenance Support under other than full and open competition. This is a full and open competition (i.e., unrestricted) synopsis/solicitation; quotes submitted by Small Business and Other than Small Business Concerns authorized to resell Cadence Virtuoso products will be accepted by the Government. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS The Government is seeking to acquire Cadence Virtuoso software Electronic Design Automation (EDA) in support of the Trident D5 and the RAD-HARD Process Investigation and Design (RAPID) Program. To be considered acceptable and eligible for award, quotes must provide all of the items and quantities listed below.
