The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Sinclair Community College. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001 Remote Pilot Certification Ground School QTY: 1 Lot = 10 persons training cohort ITEM 0002 senseFly eBee TAC Certification Training QTY: 1 Lot = 10 persons training cohort ITEM 0003 Parrot ANAFI USA Certification Training QTY: 1 Lot = 10 persons training cohort ITEM 0004 Flat Rate Travel Fee to San Diego, CA QTY: 1 Lot Sinclair Community College will provide the National UAS Training and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certification Training for the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Authorized Certification Training for the Parrot Anafi USA models and senseFly wishes to engage Sinclair College as the primary North American Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Training Partner for senseFly with respect to the 'Standardized OEM Training Solutions" for senseFly manufactured equipment. Tasking from NAVFAC Southwest, San Diego, CA. The UAS Program is managed and operated by the NAVFAC Southwest GEOREADINESS Center (SWGRC) to support CNRSW Installation GEOSPATIAL Requirements and the GEOSPATIAL Image Capture will be shared with NORAD and USNORTHCOM GEOSPATIAL Situational Awareness Enterprise (SAGE). Based on the approved JNCP (Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement), which will be posted after award, there is only one responsible source and no other supplier will satisfy the agency requirement.
