Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Immersive Wisdom under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs. DUNS: 080452390 CAGE: 7S8A8 Address: 150 E Palmetto Part Rd Ste 800 Boca Raton, Florida 33432-4833 The requirement is for the procurement of Immersive Wisdom (IW) software for two users and one demonstration server, fixed site for non-operational demonstration purposes only (P/N: IW-NGA-PILOT-OTP). This is not a request for quotes. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit a capability statement. Capability statements received will be evaluated to determine technical merit. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 4PM PST on 20 August 2021. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
